In Australia, as in all countries in the southern hemisphere, the academic year goes from late February until late November. It is divided into 2 semesters. Most courses will allow you to start mid-year.
There are 2 different kinds of degrees:
- Undergraduate:
You will graduate with a Bachelor. Academic entry requirements consist in a high school degree or a vocational training diploma.
- Postgraduate:
These degrees include Graduate Certificates or Diplomas, Master Degrees and Postgraduate Professional Degrees. Academic entry requirements consist in the validation of a Bachelor.
For the undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, as an international student you will also need to demonstrate proficiency in English.
